* Thursday 5 th March Fruit Tree Grafting (3) Hunthe Garden 4.30-6.30 pm

This time we concentrate on different grafting techniques. This session is a follow-on from the previous two, but we'll welcome and help those who couldn't come before as well.

Thursday 12 th March Make time for Sundials Hunthe Garden 3.00-6.30 pm

How do sundials work? Come and find out! Make- and-Take too. Give one to Granny (unless you are the granny, that is).

Monday 30 th March Nettle Nosh & Nettle Rope Making Abington Lodge Barn 7.15-8.30pm

Ever tasted the different types of home-made Nettle Soup? Come and be adventurous and join our feast on nettles and take home a recipe sheet. Extra this year: We'll make Nettle rope too. Then do try this at home.

Thursday 9 th April 1 st Birthday Spring Bug Hunt Kings Heath Community Allotment 11.00 – 2.00 pm

Question : Where do the bugs hide in winter and are they coming out yet? Answer : Everywhere! And we're gonna find them. You bring gloves and maybe a hand-lens. We'll have the drinks &. pooters (what's that?) It's all to celebrate the allotment's 1 st birthday.
